I wanted to shout out Ian and his partner on the maintenance team They have been so kind and respectful to get my air conditioner fixed and make sure I was taken care of. Randy you have 2 great workers on your team. Both deserve an extra something for their above and beyond Thank you
|Recommended: YesI like it — Haven’t had many issues. My neighbors are great, I can’t hear my neighbors, and the central air is great
|Recommended: YesQuiet area with professional living quarters — Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept and the amenities, such as the indoor pool, are great. Noisy neighbors that play loud music would be the only concern, but even then, it is not as bad as other apartments I've been in. The area is off the main road, so traffic noise is no issue.
|Recommended: YesPretty good — Its a nice place, for soldiers its a good place to move if when you leave the barracks.
|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — No complaints.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live for the price — I've lived here for about two years now and am just about to resign my lease. Overall I think it's an awesome place to live with super friendly staff and front office. I've never really interacted with the maintenance folks, but they always seem happy doing their job and are ALWAYS doing their job. The walls are a little thin, and I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but it doesn't bother me too much. The only two issues that I have are how loud the heating and cooling system is. I have to adjust the TV volume whenever it comes on, it's not a big deal at all, but it is slightly odd how loud it can be. The windows could probably be replaced to help retain heat better, I left a glass of water on the window sill one night recently, and it had started to freeze. But that's a minor thing too. Overall for the price, it's been a great place to live. Some key points that are worth noting The staff is super friendly, probably the nicest I've ever encountered. The grounds are kept really nice. The one-bedroom, one bathroom apartments are actually pretty spacious. Living that close to King Soopers is awesome. Palmer Park is right there. The neighbors are all pretty friendly. Great place to live if you're military and want to save some BAH.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great — We love the space and layout of the apartment, we have a 3bd 2bth and there is plenty of space for our family of 5. The access to Palmer Park is a huge bonus, we love to get out doors and go for walks or hikes and this is perfect.

|Recommended: YesLove it here beautiful grounds and amenities backed up to Palmer Park — It is beautiful here with mature trees and well kept grounds. They are always maintaining the property and keeping it clean. There is always parking, nice neighbors and staff that care about you. Plenty of trails and dog walking areas. They provide the bags for doogie clean up. Indoor and outdoor pool and a gym. A garden area, and a dog area where you can take your well-mannered dog off a leash. I have recommended this place to anybody looking for a dog-friendly apartment or living arrangement.
|Recommended: YesA Great Experience — I've had such a great experience here, I moved here from Texas and didn't know the area at all, never even saw the apartment. The front office and the team helped answer any questions and get us all set up. They really helped take a lot of stress away and have always been helpful and friendly.
