The indoor pool, outdoor pool, playground and dog walking areas are what I based my decision on, as well as super convenient school bus pick up for elementary and middle school. After living at Ridgeview I notices the parking lot is always lit up at night and you can walk to the mail box or dumpters without being worried. The basket ball court is a fun place for the older kids to hang out or ride bikes without being in the way of traffic. I only had a couple of maintenance requests and the silly thing was it was just that I needed to turn up my hot water tank. Maintenance was at the apt within about 20 minutes of my call. I was impressed when a landscaping company came out and cleaned up all the leaves in the fall and just planted all the flower beds just now for summer. My children made a ton of friends and it was always super easy to find them. Sledding. Sledding right near the apt.... that was awesome too. We didn't have a whole lot of parking issues. We have two cars and we rented on carport for $25. The farthest I ever had to walk was 20 feet to park across the "street". I did have a neighbor downstairs who yelled a lot late at night at her boyfriend, but even with her yelling at midnight it was just a muffled sound. Once in a while you'll hear some car base on weekends but it's not a big issue.
|Recommended: YesI have loved living here. My apartment is beautiful and just the right size. I am so disappointed that I have to leave because you are no longer taking section 8. It doesn't make a lot of sense. — Comfortable, safe, friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Apartments are nice and well maintained.

|Recommended: YesGood location, nice floor plans, mostly-nice friendly residents, awesome ammenities — Location and grounds are kept up, lovely flowers planted and grounds immaculately groomed. Outdoor and indoor pools, workout room, tennis courts and putting green are a bonus. Playground is a kids favorite. Nick is very friendly and sincere, believable, seemingly trustworthy, he is genuinely caring of the property and residents.

|Recommended: YesVery comfortable, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, nice ammenities. — It is a great place to live. Feels more like home than other apartments I have lived in. Staff is always courteous, kind and helpful.
|Recommended: YesFor the most part, things are good; office staff very nice — I would tell them that Ridgeview has very good management staff and the units themselves are pretty much like all other apartment communities. You have good neighbors and bad ones!
|Recommended: YesWell kept, quiet, very friendly staff. — It's the first apartment complex I have ever lived in and I'm kind of surprised how much I like it. It's almost like living at a hotel (indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, free wifi in the club house) only you have more privacy and access to all your own things. The office staff and maintenance people that I have met have all been very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are respectful and very nice. No issues about having my dog. All in all I have nothing but nice things to say about living here!
|Recommended: YesWe are excited about moving to Colorado Springs! — Please give it a try. We are just moving in, but we think it will be a fantastic place to live.
|Recommended: YesExtremely happy — I would tell them its the nicest place anyone would want to live! The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful, the complex is always clean and tidy, and its quiet. Considering how many people live in this complex its amazing how quiet the area is, which means all the renters are considerate and think about their neighbors and the noise level they're making. I have the nicest neighbors upstairs and across the hallway, and they all leave the laundry in excellent condition. I love the fact that the complex backs up to Palmer Park so I can take my little dog for longer walks. I'm looking forward to spring so I can sign up for the community vegetable garden, its going to be nice to have a little patch for growing my own tomatoes etc. I feel very safe because of the type of neighbors around, as well as seeing the security guard patroling throughout the night. Its very affordable, you get a lot for your money, and the apartment is in excellent condition. All in all this has been a great experience and I would highly recommend Ridgeview Place Apartments to anyone.
|Recommended: YesI am reasonably happy living here, and feel safe. — I have and would recommend living here to friends. I had not lived in an apartment community since 1980, however, so it is difficult for me to compare on a general scale.
|Recommended: YesPeaceful. Excellent community. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast maintenance. — All of the above. Peaceful. Excellent community. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast maintenance. I am already trying to get a friend to move to Colorado Springs and to the property that I live at because of all the amenities and price. I love Colorado Springs because of my new home. Excellent location at Palmer Park, Academy Blvd, and close to Powers. Lots of retail nearby and you never have to drive far to get to the grocery store or a good bite to eat.
